My husband and I have bought 8 houses together and I can tell you that Art has been a fabulous agent ! Best one we ever dealt with. He makes you feel like we are is only clients, takes every call, responds right away and honors our wishes. He devotes a lot of extra time on our behalf to help us "seal the deal". He keeps constant contact with us, even calling late at night (he knows us, we're night owls!) If my brother-in-law decides to move, Art will be called to help him find his dream place. Art truly has his clients best interests up front. Also, he knows the area well which is a great help to us since we live a little over 4 hours from this property. Art is an Ace !

Friendly, knowledgeable, easy to understand. Goes over all details in easy to understand language. Uses all types of communication in order to stay in touch with his clients. Would highly recommend him.
